Model Miranda Kerr and Snapchat founder Evan Spiegel were married in an intimate ceremony at their home in Brentwood, California today, E!News reports.
According to reports, there were fewer than 50 guests at the ceremony.
Sources say the wedding was “small” and “intimate.” Kerr, the sources say, looked like a “natural princess.”
Those who were lucky enough to witness the ceremony say the wedding was an emotional one. Kerr and Spiegel both reportedly had tears in their eyes as they said “I do.”
The couple reportedly wrote their own vows in what guests say was a very emotional ceremony.
The guest list may have been small, but it included some high-profile names and models.
Sources say guests arrived around 4 pm for the ceremony, which lasted about 20 minutes. A pianist and string quartet provided the music, and guests were served cocktails in an open-air tent before the ceremony began.
The decor, according to reports, was rustic chic, with white benches, farmhouse table and garden roses.
The women wore colorful, floor-length dresses. The men wore suits.
Miranda Kerr announced last June that she and Spiegel had gotten engaged. The two were dating for a year before the proposal.
Kerr debuted her engagement ring on Snapchat with a custom “Marry Me” filter.
“I said yes!!!” Kerr wrote on in an Instagram posting.
Sources close to the couple say they were good friends before they began dating in 2015.
This is Kerr’s second marriage. She was previously married to Orlando Bloom for three years before the two split. The two had a son, Flynn. The former couple remains friends and co-parents.
The marriage is Spiegel’s first.
In February, Kerr opened up to The Times of London about more intimate aspects of her relationship with Spiegel. Kerr said the two were waiting until after they were married to have sex.
