Nadia Comaneci Perfect 10 Video | Gymnastics Routine At ’76 Montreal Olympics

The gymnastics events are currently taking place at the London 2012 Olympic Games, but the spectacle seen in this video will sadly never be repeated.

This video shows Nadia Comaneci achieving a perfect score of 10 at the 1976 Montreal Olympics. Comaneci was a Romanian gymnast who brought the sport much-needed attention at this moment.

The scoring system for gymnastics was changed a few years ago to mean a perfect 10 is no longer even possible. So this standing ovation for a flawless exhibition is a thing of the past.

The Olympic gold medalist is now 50 years old but still loves the sport she will always be associated with. She wants to see the old style of scoring brought back to enable other gymnasts to score perfect 10s.
