Barack Obama’s race was always going to be an issue, both in a good way, and a bad one. While most of us cherish the idea of a black U.S. President, others aren’t quite so keen.
Then there’s another group, neo-Nazis who would do anything to prevent America being run by anyone other than a member of the white Aryan race.
The FBI has recently uncovered a plot to assassinate Barack Obama. Two teenagers planned to kill 88 black people, and decapitate 14 others before turning their attention to wiping out Obama.
I find it incredible that there are still people who harbor these kins of thoughts and feelings in the 21st century. I really thought the world had moved on by now.
The problem is that if Obama does get elected, which looks likely, this is unlikely to be the last attempt on his life, and future plots may not be quite so amateurish and easily foiled.
