Not everybody likes musical theater, or theater performances of any kind for that matter. But even the haters surely cannot fail to have been impressed by the opening number at the 67th annual Tony Awards.

He was ably backed by the casts from a number of big Broadway shows, who performed around him as he held the audience in the palm of his hand.
I’m a fan of stage plays, and this performance only bolsters the admiration I have for those involved in putting shows on to entertain the masses.
