We’ve all done stupid things in our youth. As kids we climb trees with no thought of the dangers or the heights involved. And then we head off to college or university and do new things which are fun but possibly harmful to our health and wellbeing.
Unfortunately, sometimes these fun little games can go wrong. As is the case in this video, which shows some guy doing some stair surfing and ending up with a face full of glass for his trouble. Epic fail.
Two things make this video funnier than it should be: the fact that the guy still enjoys the experience, even after sustaining a head injury; the fact that his friends have absolutely no sympathy – in fact, they think it’s the funniest thing they’ve ever seen.
The whole sorry episode could, of course, have been avoided with a little foresight. Never go stair surfing without first opening the door at the end of your route. That’s surely just common sense.
