Most talents are not learned, but rather the person bearing those talents is simply born with it. That is also the case with Stephen Wiltshire, also dubbed the human camera.
He has what they call autism, which may make him a little less socially inclined than some, but this special gift has also given him a rare and incredible ability: photographic memory.
There are different levels of what I would call photographic memory, but this is by far the most incredible; he can actually see an aerial view of a city, one time, and sketch it perfectly, from the major landmarks, to all the little, tiny streets in between.
Here, Stephen is shown Italy, which would be much harder than some US western city, like Denver, and he has no problem replicating the city, perfectly, from number of windows in major buildings to small houses surrounding the city.
