I can’t believe how much this video has in common with my parents. In fact, this story holds true for a lot of married couples I know.
Unlike the girl predicts in this video, however, I’m going to use this as a guide on how not to live my life.
This video may be about a “typical” relationship, but it’s hardly romantic. While this lifestyle may be mundane to the girl narrating it, I’m sure it’s quite pleasant for a lot of couples. Being average, after all, isn’t depressing.
Another thing this video proves is that gender roles (the “norm” men and women are expected to do) lead to rather boring relationships. And as far as the whole “working in a cubicle” thing goes, you can count me out.
