Like most comedy talk shows focusing on current events, this could easily be renamed as ‘people sitting around making fun of things in the news’.
But that wouldn’t be nearly as catchy, would it?
Honestly, though, I really do like this show (and some other shows like it). There is nothing like getting caught up on current events by listening to people make fun of them.
You certainly won’t forget the queen’s recent news, now will you?
Mind you, you might now have her permanently connected to thoughts of smurfs, which probably isn’t a very good thing…
