“simple stumble on the stairs of her palatial Upper East Side apartment ended the life of Ivana Trump, the New York City medical examiner says.
“The medical examiner’s brief report, released on Saturday, did not specify when the accident took place, but did appear to downgrade early suspicions that the 73-year-old suffered a fatal heart attack.
“Her son, Eric Trump, said it was “a very sad day, a very sad day”.
““Ivana Trump was a survivor. She fled from communism and embraced this country. She taught her children about grit and toughness, compassion and determination,” the Trump family said in a statement earlier.”
