“The first full trailer for the upcoming prequel series introduces fans to young Queen Charlotte (India Amarteifio) as it opens with the royal wondering why she was chosen to ascend to the throne.
“It also shows the arranged marriage between the Queen and King George (Corey Mylchreest) after a series of scenes of the pair meeting, and the King attempting to woo his betrothed.
“According to Netflix, the series will be “centered on Queen Charlotte’s rise to prominence and power”.”
