“Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree is coming our way later this year, and I didn’t realise just how much I missed FromSoftware’s masterful fantasy world until the trailer dropped earlier this week.
“Few games in recent years have managed to immerse me so effectively, putting me into a landscape that is equal parts mysterious and compelling, filled with bosses to kill and secrets to discover across its myriad biomes.
“It’s a special game, and FromSoftware’s greatest achievement. Despite this, I haven’t been back to it since it first launched. Technically, I haven’t been back since before it first launched.”
