This is definitely one of my favourite Christmas songs for the fact that it does not drive me bonkers after listening to it a few times, if nothing else.
Of course, there is more to it than that. Slow, melodic, and in yet another classic Charlie Brown film, ‘Christmas Time is Here’ pretty much embodies all my feelings about the Christmas season.
Like many now adults, I grew up up with cartoons like Garfield’s Christmas and A Charlie Brown Christmas. Watching this video (a friend sent me the Garfield one the other day) brings up a lot of good memories.
