This week people the world over celebrated Paying it Forward. But those random acts of kindness needn’t be restricted to humans. Why not give your animal friends a helping hand?
That’s exactly what happens here when people at UCLA notice a baby squirrel trying desperately to scale a wall. When it was clear he’d never get there on his own, the humans stepped in.
A backpack didn’t work, so reinforcements were called for. With a couple of sacks stacked together, the baby could climb high enough to jump to his destination.
This is one of those videos that is so simple, but so sweet, that watching it is enough to make your day a little brighter.
