This is the first time I will have ever read a book because the movie based off it was so crappy (according to the masses) in keeping (or rather, not keeping) with the theme of the book.
I didn’t feel the movie I Am Legened starring Will Smith was particularly crappy, but then again, I only say that because it’s pretty much on par with all the other things Hollywood has been churning out.
If you’re surrounded by crap, ‘crap’ becomes rather meaningless.
I agree with most people in saying that, even though it still could have been much better, I would have much rather have seen this ending to the movie than what was actually shown.
